How to Report a Store or Data Error
- Go to the page with the problem — for example, a city page or a store brand page.
- Scroll to the feedback box at the bottom.
- Tap 👎 and tell us what's wrong (a closed store, a wrong address, a duplicate).
- Submit. You don't need an account or email address.
What Happens After You Send Feedback
Every report lands in a queue that we review. When someone flags a store or data error, we re-check that listing against the official USDA SNAP retailer data our site is built from. If the USDA record has changed or the store is no longer authorized, we correct it on the next data refresh. Because our listings come from USDA records rather than user submissions, this keeps the site accurate without guesswork.
What We Can't Help With
We're an independent site, not a government office, so we can't check your EBT balance, replace a card, load benefits, or take a SNAP application.
